2022 CONWAY Cabernet Sauvignon

The CONWAY Cabernet Sauvignon is one of our favorite wines to produce. Always made in limited quantities, the 2022 vintage displays floral and earthy notes, as well as rich black currant and blackberry flavors. The dark fruit is balanced by firm tannins and hint of savory black olive which adds an earthy complexity. Aged in 30% New French oak for 20 months, the excellent structure and balance make this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon easy to drink on its own, and a delightful pairing with a hearty dish. Sourced from the acclaimed Valley View vineyard in Los Alamos, this site lends itself to producing high quality Cabernet Sauvignon, with excellent balance and flavor.
